Check that there are no metal objects, like jewelry, near your Fitbit when it charges–these can interfere with the magnetic charging capabilities. This is a big problem with the chargers for Versa 3/4 and Sense 1/2–the pins on the charging cable should be even. Inspect the charger for any bent, missing, or recessed pins. Verify you are placing the Fitbit correctly on the charging pins–when perfectly aligned, it snaps into place. Use a sanitizing wipe or microfiber cloth to remove anything stuck to the pins, like grease. Clean both the contacts on your Fitbit’s backside and the charging cable. Make sure you charge your Fitbit without using it or interrupting it for at least 30 minutes.
